CORE COACHING DISCOUNT BLOCKS

For first time clients: I offer the following discount:

An initial block of 4 sessions for $849. This saves you $150 on your first 4 sessions

I offer a $400 discount on a block of 12 sessions. This gives you 3 months of support for $2600 paid in advance.

I offer a $800 discount on a block of 24 sessions. This gives you 6 months of support for $5200 paid in advance.

This premium coaching package is designed to provide an uncommonly deep and continuous container of support. It includes:

-In Depth Intake Session.

The process begins with a comprehensive 90-120 minute intake session exploring a number of different dimensions related to your health, wellness practices, spiritual practice background, behavioral patterns and personal history. This process is intended to establish a broader base of understanding from which to begin our process. We will also set specific intentions for our work.

-Personalized Contemplative and/or Somatic Practices (Pro-recordings).

Based on insights from the intake session, I’ll suggest a set of personalized practices to support your process and send you high quality audio files to use at your leisure. These are exclusive, pro recordings of meditations or other practices designed specifically for you and your needs.

-Weekly 50 minute coaching sessions.

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom

Post Session Notes and Feedback.

You get a summary of session themes and suggested action items for your reference.

-Inter-session Voice Messaging.

To create a continuity of support between sessions, I offer premium clients app-based voice messenger support for briefer questions, feedback and reflections.

*This feature is available from 9am to 5pm Mon- Fri. You are guaranteed to receive a response within 24 hours but will almost always receive a voice response within hours on the same day.

Rate $499/Week paid in monthly installments. (Defined as every 4 weeks) $1999 total/ per month.

Depth and Continuity Coaching Discount Blocks:

I offer a $500 discount on a block of 12 sessions. That gives you 3 months of support for $5200 paid in advance.

I offer a $1000 discount on a block of 24 sessions. That gives you 6 months of support for $9800 paid in advance.

For people who prefer to receive coaching and instruction in their homes, I offer a limited number of premium In-Home Coaching and Instruction packages. This is a high-convenience service where I bring my skillset and presence to you, at home, without the stress of travel. My busy, professional clients love the consistency, ease, direct support and results that this structure delivers.

For In-Home coaching, my rates include my base rate plus travel time and expenses adjusted for distance and region as follows.
